PTT Hikut W 10 : เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันระบายความร้อนและหล่อลื่น ส้ำหรับงานตัดกลึงโลหะทั่วไป ชนิดผสมน้ำมีสีขาวน้ำนม ผลิตจากน้ำมันหล่อลื่นพื้นฐานชนิด Paraffinic ที่มีคุณภาพสูง เหมาะสำหรับการระบายความร้อนและหล่อลื่นงานตัด
กลึงในงานช่างกลโรงงานทั่วไป

คุณสมบัติ
ระบายความร้อนได้เร็ว ช่วยป้องกันชิ้นงานและเครื่องมือจากกาไหม้ ช่วยยืดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่องมือ
- มีคุณสมบัติหล่อลื่นที่ดีช่วยให้ผิวชิ้นงานเรียบเป็นเงา
- มีคุณสมบัติช่วยป้องกันการกัดกร่อนและสนิม
- มีคุณสมบัติต้านทานการเจริญเติบโตของแบคทีเรียและเชื้อรา

ลักษณะ
- เหมาะสมกับงานกลึง งานกัด งานไส งานเจียระไนทั่วไป โดยใช้อัตราส่วนผสม 3-5% และใช้อัตราส่วนผสม 5-10% สำหรับงานกลึงตัด งานเจาะรู ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของโลหะและวิธีการ

HIKUT W10 is an emulsifiable cutting oil which forms a dense white emulsion with water. It is produced from high quality paraffinic base oil and selected antibacterial additives. This product is suitable for cooling and lubricating for general machining processes.

Application :

• Suitable for lubricating and cooling for general machining processes which are light to medium operational severity

• Mix 3% with water for honing and grinding processes

• Mix 4-5% with water for turning and milling processes

• Mix 5-6% with water for drilling process • Mix 6-8% with water for threading and tapping processes • Mix 8-10% with water for broaching process
